A) At least one resident must be 55 years old or older. All other residents must be 40 years old or older.

A) No pets re permitted.
Q) What kind of management does Camelot Condominiums use?
A) Camelot has an on-site Community Association Manager. Office hours are M-F,8-5 where the manager is available to discuss Camelot affairs. As in most condominiums, residents are responsible for most problems occurring within their own units.
